Sophie With Umbrella Easel Card

"April showers bring May flowers" or at least we hope so!

I used the sweet digi stamp, "Sophie With Umbrella" from Little Blue Button Stamps on my card.

I colored the image using my Spectrum Noir TriBlend Markers. She was added to the finished card with foam squares.

I created this umbrella shaped easel card in Design Space.

You should be able to access the Design Space file here:
https://design.cricut.com/#/design/141213820

I used patterned cardstock from the "Uptown Flair Glitter Stack" by the paper studio for my card. I made mountain folds on the green umbrella piece and added it to the card with a double foam square in the center and small glue dots at the points. Clear flower gems were added at the points also.

I added my sentiment to an octagon and matted the sentiment with the same paper as used on the umbrella. I added it to the card with foam squares, then added some clear flower gems around the sentiment. These help to hold the easel part of the card.

Miss Lilly on the Bike Garden Gate Easel Card

Hi! It is finally starting to look like Spring!

Today I am sharing a sweet little easel card made by combining the adorable Miss Lilly on the Bike from Little Blue Button Stamps, with Birds and Garden Gate Easel from My Scrap Chick.

When making the garden gate I made four of the cross beams on the gate. I put two across horizontally and the other two on each end vertically. I used two layers of double stick tape for the side pieces to raise them up a little.

I used cardstock from several sources for my card. I used a blue floral print for the background, a green dot for the grass, and a gray wood grain print for the garden gate. The card base is light blue,
I moved one of the birds to the left to create room for the image.

Here is how the card looks from the back and side.

I used my Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers to color Miss Lily on the Bike. I tried to copy the grass and garden gate between the spokes of the bike tires. I fussy cut the image and added her to the card using foam tape to give the card some extra dimension.

I created the sentiments in Cricut Design Space and added the "Life is a beautiful ride" sentiment using more foam tape.

I think these two files make a perfect pairing. My Scrap Chick cards make a perfect base for LBBS images!

Easter Charlie

Hi! It's New Release time at Little Blue Button Stamps and I made an Easter step card using the sweet "Easter Charlie" digi stamp. You can find all the New Releases HERE:

I got the Cricut Design Space file for the step card from the Facebook group, Cricut Lovers Guide to Design Space. I used patterned cardstock from Uptown Flair Glitter Stack from The Paper Studio for my card. The cute little chicks are a file from My Scrap Chick.

I colored the sweet "Easter Charlie" with my Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers using soft pastels.

Thanks for looking!
Happy Easter!
