My finished card measures 5 1/2 by 6 1/2 inches. I created my image using my Explore and design space by attaching the turkey so he is sitting on the center pumpkin from the Pumpkin Scene. Finally, I added the sentiment from the Thanksgiving Indians Set to the sign. The whole scene measures 5 1/2 by 6 1/2 inches and was added to the card base with foam tape. I added 1 1/2 by 2 inch pumpkins from Fall Accessories Set to each side of the side steps.

Owl and Kitty Belly Boxes

Hi, Today I am sharing two little belly boxes that I made for my granddaughters. One granddaughter is kitty crazy and the other has a thing for owls.

I used Files from My Scrap Chick.
For the Kitty Belly Box I used Black Cat Belly Box Trio

This belly box is seven inches tall. I made the pumpkin pieces from glitter cardstock and attached the pieces with foam tape to add more dimension. I used one inch googly eyes on my kitty.

For the owl, I used Owl Gradution Trio and Witch Hat Halloween Treat Box for the hat.

When making the owl, I left out the cap and diploma. The owl box is 5 1/2 inches tall and the hat is six inches tall. I used foam tape again in the construction of the owl,  and also again used googly eyes. The hat was made from glitter cardstock.

I'm sure my granddaughters will love these belly boxes. They are so easy and fun to make. Thanks for stopping by!

Haunted House Easel Card

Well, it's October, so it must be time to start those Halloween projects!

Today I made a Halloween easel card using Haunted House Easel Card and Haunted House & Guests from My Scrap Chick.

I made the card the size that it uploaded into Design Space. I used "Spooky Delights" by DCWV for the house pillars, vellum for the ghosts and windows, and scraps from my stash for the other pieces.
I printed the sentiment from the included PDF.

The pillars, upstairs dormer window, gravestones and ghost were all attached with foam tape. I added gems on the dormer and door.

I hope you like my little easel card. I'd love to hear what you think, so please leave a comment.
Have a boo-tiful day!
