Laughing Dog Spinner Card

Hi! Today is New Release Day for Digital Delights by Louby Loo and I made a spinner card using "Laughing Dog," "Lonely Pups Accessory Set" and "Man's Best Friend Sentiment."

Special Technique:

This was my first spinner card so I'm not sure I followed the traditional technique or not. I printed my main image on a 3 1/2 inch circle and colored it with my Prismacolor Pencils. The dog dish and bones are about 1 1/4 inches. The sentiment is 1 3/8 inches in diameter.

I used a 6 inch square card base and cut a 4 inch circle 1 1/4 inch down from the top and centered side to side. I did the same thing to a 6 inch square used as a mat. The dog dish is mounted on a 1 inch circle and the circle is attached to a penny so it can travel along the groove. The whole thing is put together with foam tape so the dog dish can travel in the space between the circles. I did this by putting the penny in place tucked under the image from the back and marking the outside edge as I moved the penny around the circle. Foam tape was placed all along this edge and around the outside edge of the mat.

The collar is 5 3/4 inches long and the Man's Best Friend Sentiment was attached to the collar. I made four bones that were added to the lower corners.
